Livin' in Paradise

We live in a boys paradise, really. Dirt, sticks, and rocks as far as the eye can see. And bugs and lizards and frogs to catch most days. Dirt bike paths, endless running space, and lots of friends to share in the fun with. Saturday morning, after jobs were all done, the boys headed out to bask in the warm sunny day. As Ethan was getting his mitt and ball out to play catch with Ryan i was taking some boxes out to the garbage can. Just as i was passing my car, that was parked in the garage, i saw a little lizard by the back tire of my car. You'd think we were used to seeing so much wild life at this point, but we're not. We've seen the lizards a few times as we've gone for walks but not really up close. This time we got to see it right close, and Ethan was even able to catch it (much to my surprise). Sam had already headed down to the new neighbors that moved in this week to see if they could come and play. I told Ethan to go show the new neighbors (since they have boys too) and Sam. They all thought it was great. "Lizzy" is now a part of the neighborhood too. Lizzy the lizard

How on earth do you survive being the lone girl with all those boys, dirt, sticks, rocks...and critters?! :)
